The following challenges await you:

You provide technical support for first article process to win additional orders.
Moreover, you give technical support to our international sales colleagues and customer service.
You conduct in detail cost and pricing analysis of existing products and review costing of new products.
You support commercial excellence and new product development projects and related marketing activities.
You create and maintain technical specification and documents.
You support product development together with customers and assist in resolving complaints and are the link between sales and quality assurance.
You support sales in creating and winning opportunities.
Your task also is to provide technical market intelligence input to product management, sales and business development.

Your Profile:

Technical degree and good knowledge of MS Offices and SAP
English and German skills in speaking and writing
Know how on fused silica products and production processes for specialty fiber applications
Presentation skills of technical contexts
More than two years experience in dealing with international customers
Open to work in an intercultural team
Enthusiasm for products that require explanation
