The following challenges await you:

You will lead and manage technical projects in innovation from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices, with a strong focus on structured and data-driven decision-making .
We want you to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
In this role you will develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives and resource optimization.
Additionally, you will utilize scientific expertise in glass or ceramics to provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile:

Successfully completed master`s or higher advanced degree in a scientific field, with focus on glass or ceramic strongly preferred
Proven track record of technical project management, demonstrating a structured and data-driven approach
Experience with classical project management methodologies, such as Waterfall, and tools, as well as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication in English & German and interpersonal skills
