The following challenges await you:

  • You consistently meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets 
  • You manage defined accounts in region and develop and maintain strategic account plans for A-customers and build strong relationships at appropriate levels with key customer decision makers 
  • Furthermore, you create, manage and win opportunities
  • You are responsible for assessing market and industry knowledge of the region (market, trends, competition) and identifying new markets
  • You engage with product management, business development and R&D for a seamless transfer of market/customer information 
  • You provide timely account and market reports, create action plans for the year and upcoming quarter and prepare and conduct regular performance dialogues
  • You give sales input for quoting/new article process to win orders


Your Profile:

  • MBA or technical degree and good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and MS Dynamics
  • Excellent English and German skills in speaking and writing
  • Know how on fused silica products for specialty fiber applications
  • Presentation skills of product, customer application and sales planning contexts 
  • More than 2 years’ experience in dealing with international customers
  • Open to work in intercultural team
  • Enthusiasm to understand customer demands, our added value and gain new business
