The following challenges await you:

  • As Sales Manager you will be responsible for a specific group of our European customers.
  • You will develop customer strategies, which are rooted in and comply with our global business strategy.
  • With the goal of meeting our annual business plan, you are actively working on growing our revenue by generating Sales with new and existing customers.
  • In addition, you will advise customers on the full product range of Nexensos.
  • You also create forecasts and reports for customers assigned to you.
  • Finally, your input will be key to various projects across different functional areas.


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies with a commercial or technical focus
  • Several years of experience in managing large and multinational accounts
  • Background in technical sales and value selling of sensor solutions and/or electronic components
  • Experience in automotive sector is a plus
  • Indirect leadership experience in international environment
  • Advanced negotiation and account management skills
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) is essential
