The following challenges await you:

  • You develop and implement our sales and marketing strategy, detect sales potentials. You also create business plans for new projects or application fields.
  • To ensure our growth, you evolve key account plan and manage expansion of global key accounts.
  • You acquire new and develop existing A / B customers in segment Water Treatment. You support and mature them on-site. Your commitment enables effective publicity.
  • Your understanding of market and customer price targets as well as competent demeanor during price negotiations ensure a competitive offering and secures our company’s short- and long-term interests.
  • Negotiation of commercial contracts, such as general purchasing agreements, quality agreements, distribution and supplier agreements, is in your responsibility.
  • You provide regular reports like opportunity pipeline, monthly sales forecast, competitors analysis.


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or business administration
  • Work experience (5+ years) in sales management or global key account management
  • Experience in the water treatment or related industries verified by successful track record about participating in achievement of a sales department's goals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Professional experience in active relationship development with high-profile partners
  • In-depth understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience with CRM & Office software solutions
  • Excellent spoken and written English as well as German, other languages advantageous
