The following challenges await you:

Participate in a comprehensive training program covering all aspects of supply chain management, inventory control, procurement, logistics and operations.
Apply konwledge gained in training to real-world situations within the company, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements within the supply chain.
Gain experience with advanced supply chain software and technology and use data analysis to optimize operations.
Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making strategies related to inventory management, demand forecasting and distribution.
Develop a broad understanding of operational strategies, compliance and sustainable business practices.
Participate in key projects and responsibilities under the mentorship of industry leaders, providing valuable insights and strategies to drive the companys's success.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field
Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills
Strong aptitude for technology and willingness to learn new systems
Capability to perform well in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
Demonstrated leadership potential and initiative-taking
An eagerness to dive into issues, identify potential solutions and take ownership of tasks
Willingsness to grow and develop within the company and demonstrate a long-term commitment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
Fluent in English and German
