The primary purpose of this position is to provide necessary business analytics and reports for the US HPM businesses. To maintain the accuracy of the general ledger, cost center reporting and all aspects related with general accounting.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reporting dashboards to steer the business for various functions operations, finance, sales, and Human resources
• Work closely with operations, sales, and finance on profitability analysis for the region
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts and ad-hoc reports for the senior management team and global business unit management
• Maintenance of SAP trial balance and chart of accounts according to the company standards and IFRS. Financial statement closing process
• Handles the general ledger accounting for trading activities
• Works to achieve assigned personal & Company-wide goals (Magellan implementation)
• Reporting timely and accurate results to the CFO/Controller and parent company
• Responsibility to liaise with internal and external public auditors
• Participation in continuous business process improvements
• Handles confidential and time sensitive material.

What is required for this role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Account, Business, or related field
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance and controlling
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, analytical ability, project management ability, and communication ability
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages and ratios
• Ability to program calculations using software tools
