  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Abadi",sans-serif">As HR Manager you are a reliable partner for the site and thus contribute to the corporate success of Heraeus Medical Components
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Abadi",sans-serif">In this role, your area of responsibility covers all areas of Heraeus Medical Components at the site in Hradec Kralove
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Abadi",sans-serif">You are responsible for two direct reports in the HR team
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Abadi",sans-serif">In addition, in this function you will be an important member of the Site Leadership Team and therefore contribute significantly to the overall development of the site.
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Abadi",sans-serif">In order to achieve our goals, you will work in close cooperation with the local managers, providing support especially in the area of people development and advice in all personnel management, labor law and personnel strategy issues.
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Abadi",sans-serif">You will deal comprehensively with change projects, develop appropriate implementation plans, make target-oriented decisions and thus ensure consistent and transparent implementation
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Abadi",sans-serif">As part of the global HR organization at Heraeus Medical Components you will implement the global strategy at your site but also you will be reporting KPIs back to the organization.
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Abadi",sans-serif">You like project work: You can manage independent projects at your site and thus implement changes beyond your specific area of responsibility.


<span style="font-family:"Abadi",sans-serif">What is required for this role:

  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Abadi",sans-serif">You have successfully completed a business administration or similar degree, ideally with a focus on human resources, and have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, ideally in change and restructuring projects
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Abadi",sans-serif">In addition, you have ideally already worked outside the HR area, have gained your own management experience and have managed projects independently
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Abadi",sans-serif">Your appearance distinguishes you: You are strong in communication, determined, decisive, assertive and work independently and structured with a "hands-on" mentality.
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Abadi",sans-serif">Furthermore, you are an open, empathic personality who understands how to achieve progress and results by consulting others.
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Abadi",sans-serif">You are experienced in working with HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors and local systems.
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Abadi",sans-serif">You have very good Czech and English language skills, both written and spoken.
