The following challenges await you:
•    Manage sites for a Randomized Clinical Trial (RCT) with your team to ensure proper participation, enrollment, and documentation for a successful completed study. 
•    Deliver product-related presentations to relevant audiences and groups, ensuring that ETS product usage is accurately represented.
•    Coordinate clinical activities with designated salesperson to assist in the proper and safe use of ETS products to improve patient and clinical outcomes. 
•    Act as the primary clinical resource for sales, ensuring that clinical policies and procedures are properly implemented. 
•    Provide training and support for new hires. 
•    Assist with additional training of sales reps whenever needed. 
•    Represent ETS at industry tradeshows and related surgical conferences.

Your Profile:
•    Bachelors degree in Nursing 
•    5 years of experience in wound care field with 1-3 years of progressive responsible positions including clinical research. 
•    Prefer 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry
•    Experience with skin substitutes preferred. 
•    Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies.
•    Understanding of industry products, updates and market knowledge. 
•    Strong emotional intelligence including positive responses in adverse situations
•    Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
