The following challenges await you:
•    Identify targets and executing selling strategies based on company direction through ethical selling practice. 
•    Full understanding of the workings of hospital value analysis committees and GPO/IDN relationships 
•    Drive sales growth through helping to derive best practices to ensure proper targeting and appropriate DRG billing acceptance 
•    Contribute key learnings to the team at ETS to demonstrate key understanding of the marketplace and places of strategic opportunities in surgical arena
•    Use approved corporate literature, scientific data and presentations to customer and potential customers with approved claims from HA.
•    Provide reporting and tracking of sales activities and territory sales forecasts based on agreed upon timelines
•    Ability to work along surgeons and help develop KOLs as appropriate as well as other stakeholders

 

Your Profile:
•    BS/BA in related discipline
•    3-5 years of experience in surgical/wound care field with 1-3 years of progressive responsible positions
•    Prefer 3-4 years of experience in the surgical medical device area, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry
•    Experience with skin substitutes preferred. 
•    Experience working with surgeons of various types and ease of access to OR settings 
•    Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies.
•    Understanding of industry products, updates and market knowledge
•    Strong emotional intelligence including positive responses in adverse situations
•    Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
