Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monthly financial statements.
  • Responsible to develop ad-hoc reports or business case analysis to support initiatives. Interacts with Management on new strategic initiatives.
  • Responsible to monitor project or CAPEX budgets and weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Evaluates financial impact of implemented initiatives.
  • Responsible for implementing costing for exiting and/or new operational processes 
  • Responsible for monitoring cost development and reporting to management
  • Support internal control procedures through the audit and approval of product/transfer orders and adjustments, metal prices, settlement and provisional invoices, and customer edit approvals.
  • Fixed asset management, control and reporting utilizing fixed asset management software.
  • Support of annual operations and capital budgeting process and strategic plans.
  • Detailed profitability analysis including cost control measurement and recommendation of reduction activities.
  • Constant updates and streamlining of existing procedures to improve efficiency and expenditures.


What is required for this role:

  • B.A. /B.S. with a concentration in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 2-4 years combined experience in Accounting/Finance. Experience in Precious Metal Management preferred.  
  • Must be proficient in ERP/MRP systems, SAP preferred.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Software.  
  • Able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative to modify, update and create processes. 
  • Independent judgment in carrying out job responsibilities and creative innovation.
