The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure sufficient feed for production, while keeping backlog and financing costs to a minimum.  

 

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Coordination between Sales, Customer Service and Production to ensure OTD of orders and ensuring timely processing and sampling of Customer Material 
  • Coordination of intra-company material flow, amongst all Recycling sites 
  • Selecting material for external processing and coordinating with the subcontracting team.  
  • Providing sufficient feed to production to meet weekly output targets. 
  • Scheduling orders based on customer requirements and production capacity.  
  • Capacity planning in alignment with production 
  • Generate daily and weekly production plans, as well as short-term forecasting of production output.  
  • Prepare capacity overviews and coordinate the right production capacity. 
  • Plan and coordinate production orders and raw materials / MRP-planning. 
  • Ensuring a smooth production process, including coordination of the right materials in the right amount at the right time, in the right place in order to secure the on-time delivery of production. 

 

What is required for this role:

  • Understands the process flow in the refinery. 
  • Experience with SAP or similar MRP software in the modules Master data (MM) and Production planning (PP) (preferred)
  • Secure handling of Microsoft Outlook and Excel 
  • Good command of English spoken and written 
  • Independent and goal-oriented way of working 
  • Fun in the coordination of complex processes, organizational skills and an entrepreneurial mindset 
  • High degree of sense of responsibility as well as strong communication and team skills
