What You'll Get To Do Every Day:

Demonstrating leadership in conveying operational excellence principles, develop and implement global operational excellence standards as well as defining and implementing continuous improvement activities for various operational or business areas.

Actively supporting the embedding of HPS Operational Excellence principles into the product and process development activities as well as in on-going operations.

As a member of the CI Team, participating in the definition of HPS Global Operational Excellence standards.

Rolling-out HPS Operational Excellence standards in coordination with the operational leaders.

Training, mentoring, and coaching the engineering and operations teams in regards to the principles and methods of HPS Operational Excellence.

Identifying, evaluating, supporting prioritization, and implementing operational improvement opportunities by utilizing lean principles and/or 6-sigma methodology, in conjunction with operational leaders.

Conducting cost/benefit analysis for changes to processes and/or equipment as part of the identification, evaluation, and prioritization support of operational improvement opportunities.

Supporting the optimization of process flows, line layouts, staffing and work-station design to improve product scalability and accommodate changes in product volume.

Leading value stream mapping exercises to identify waste and area for improvement.

Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For From You:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical preferred

2+ years of relevant experience, or 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree

Good understanding of lean fundamentals and/or 6-sigma principles; Green Belt preferred

Good interpersonal, leadership skills and self-motivation – change agent
-
Ability to make basic data driven decisions

Experience with AutoCAD and/or Simulation software is a plus

Basic problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal, leadership skills and self-motivation – change agent

Ability to train, mentor and coach

Demonstrated experience with lean and/or 6-sigma (Six Sigma training and field experience preferred)

Prior manufacturing process improvement accomplishments

Strong project management skills

Experience with business process reengineering is a plus

Experience in working in international and intercultural environment is a plus

Good technical understanding, good financials understanding

Medevio is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages. The expected base salary hiring range for this position is between $80,000.00 and $100,000.00, based upon a full-time schedule. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity. This position is bonus eligible, with a target bonus of 10% of base salary depending upon company and individual performance. Our total compensation package also includes eligibility for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, education reimbursement, paid parental leave and paid time off.
