The primary responsibility of this position is to identify customer needs and provide internal support to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships with the intent to achieve a great customer experience.  


This position will be located in White Bear Lake, Minnesota.


Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Follows established procedures when interacting with customers, providing prompt response to their request.
  • Knowledgeable on typical topics of questions, including order status, product information, account status, and product and service pricing. 
  • Understands customer requests and translates that information clearly and concisely.
  • Develops a strong working relationship with customers and co-workers that will benefit all stakeholders
  • Prepares quotes, margin reviews, forecasts, invoices and RMA’s
  • Provides and documents customer feedback to the organization
  • Owns accountability for customer experience and internal goals
  • May participate on occasion in customer meetings 


What is Required for this Role:

  • High School diploma, with 2+ years’ experience in a related industry 
  • High degree of accuracy, flexibility in fast paced environment 
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a customer focus 
  • SAP knowledge preferred 
  • Basic skills in systems like Microsoft office, word, excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 
  • Some experience applying problem-solving skills to achieve customer requirements 
  • Excellent in communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Some experience in a regulated manufacturing environment 
  • Continual attention to detail while completing multiple tasks at a time
