We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our IT team in an exciting internship position. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop technical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT professionals to support internal and external users with technical issues
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems
• Participate in the development and implementation of IT projects
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and help evaluate their potential applicability
• Assist in managing IT systems, including user account set up and software installation
• Provide support for IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, and network devices
• Assist in documenting IT processes and procedures

What is required for this role:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong interest in IT and a desire to learn and grow in a professional environment
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
