What you'll get to do every day:

Supporting the optimization of process flows, line layouts, staffing, and work station design to improve product scalability and accommodate changes in product volume.
Driving process improvements on new and existing products to improve capability, repeatability, quality, and cost using LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies.
Conducting cost/benefit analysis for changes to processes and/or equipment as part of the identification, evaluation, and prioritization support of operational improvement opportunities.
Reviewing and supporting the Medevio CAPTURE program to evaluate, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement opportunities identified by various individuals from all cross-functional groups across the facility.
We have openings within Manufacturing, Continous Improvement and Quality engineering co-ops.

What we're looking for in you:

Students must be enrolled in a Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering program
Must be willing and able to work on-site (some remote work may be possible)
Must be willing and able to work full-time during co-op duration
Strong analytical skills & mechanical aptitude
Driven to learn about real-world application of academic engineering concepts
