Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provides organized and effective leadership to assure customer requirements and company production objectives are effectively achieved.
  • Schedules resources and gives work direction/assignments to assure customer shipment schedule is met. 
  • Consults available technical resources to resolve quality and manufacturing issues. 
  • Ensures employees are achieving expected production rates and quality levels – investigate and attempt to determine root cause.  . 
  • Evaluates potential of each employee they are responsible for and works to develop them to their maximum capability.
  • Works to develop a continuous improvement culture as well as any other initiatives being implemented by the company,


What is required for this Role:

  • Solid leadership experience with a minimum of two years previous progressive supervisory experience.
  • Has previous experience in providing direction to production employees to meet shipment schedules and achieve quality goals.
  • Previous manufacturing experience working within an ISO quality system.
  • Solid computer literacy and an understanding of basic SPC fundamentals
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and familiarity with a continuous improvement culture.
  • BS/BA is strongly preferred
