This role is situated within Heraeus Medical Components (HMC), a global business unit of Heraeus. HMC is a leading contract development and manufacturing partner to medical device manufacturers in cardiac rhythm management, vascular access & delivery, neuromodulation, and biosensors for wearable health solutions. 

 

Reporting to the Global Head of Commercial Operations, the Senior Analyst Commercial Operations role is a critical advisor to Senior Management and will support the development of sales excellence at Heraeus. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience as a business analyst or working directly in sales operations or excellence. Responsibilities:

  • Advises and provides business insights to sales management through the identification of sales trends and the development of leading and lagging KPIs for the global sales organization
  • Architects and develops custom analytics or reports supporting business decisions for the greater sales organization (marketing, account management, business development, customer service & customer experience)
  • Leverages data-science and digital tools to promote accuracy in our monthly and quarterly forecasting
  • Leads global projects for enhancements related to commercial operations processes improvements, data architecture, analytical tools, system upgrades and user experience initiatives
  • Acts as a subject-matter expert or global champion for Salesforce, monitors new releases and trailhead documentation to ensure Heraeus stays current with new technology and best practices
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly sales pipeline, contract compliance reporting and commissions
  • Manages ad hoc projects and deliverables supporting Commercial Operations as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics or other data-driven discipline   
  • 3+ years of professional experience conducting quantitative analysis and custom reports  
  • 2+ years of experience with Customer Relationship Management or Enterprise Management platforms
  • Highly detail-oriented and process-minded
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under time-pressured conditions
  • Ability to distill complex data and information into clear insights for Senior Leadership
