What you'll do every day:

• Performs shipping of sales orders of FG product based on computer reports, including packaging of products, verifying cert data and all paperwork is attached, etc.
• Receives incoming raw materials and supplies into the inventory system.  Moves items to incoming QA or to appropriate individuals or locations in the company.
• Processes shipments through UPS, FedEX and other carrier databases via the systems provided.
• Performs cycle counts of finished goods and raw materials, reports results, identify problems, determines causes and helps to implement process improvements.
• Processes misc. shipments, including outside processing jobs, scrap returns, DMR shipments, and other shipments as required.
• Processes in-house job receipts, including lot numbers and correct labeling of FG items.
• Provides accurate paperwork and logs for shipping/receiving activities, including end of day activities, reports and scanning of raw material certificates.
• Uses various material handling equipment to move received items.

What we're looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Some shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.   Ability to document accurately and legibly.
• Basic computer literacy.  Some experience with basic data entry highly desired.  Understanding of general warehouse and shipping processes highly desired.
• Basic math operations, decimals, metric conversion
• At a minimum ability to work Monday through Friday, 8+ hour days with ideal shift 8:30-5 but later start negotiable.
