We are seeking a dynamic Talent Management and Recruitment Partner to join our team! In this role, you will play a critical part of identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to drive the success of our organization. You will collaborate closely with leadership to understand business needs, develop recruitment strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. 

As a trusted partner, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, while also supporting employee development and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a passion for people, and a strategic mindset to align talent acquisition with organizational growth.

 

The Following challenges await you:

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and industry engagement.
  • Partner with HR to align talent acquisition strategies with employee retention, development, and engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent platforms to enhance candidate sourcing. 
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company.
  • Analyze hiring metrics and trends to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Provide insights on employee development programs, career pathing, and performance management systems to support long-term growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies, employment laws and diversity initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on talent-related matters, including workforce planning, interviewing techniques and training, team dynamics and succession planning.

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience may be considered)
  • 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent management, ideally within a fast-paced environment. 
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Senior Talent Management role or similar
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning and employee development programs.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates. 
  • Solid experience hiring into engineering, R&D and specialized manufacturing environments. Preferably experience in Medical Devices
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in coaching managers on talent-related matters such as team building and interviewing. 
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently while being an active team collaborator.
