The following challenges await you:

  • Engage directly with key customers, create account strategies, sales plans, forecasts, and budgets for customers and products.
  • Define customer needs and requirements to drive quotes and proposals to meet or exceed pipeline goals
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs. Develop strategies to attract new opportunities and increase share of wallet at key accounts while protecting profit margins.
  • Negotiate pricing of quotes and proposals by leveraging financial guidelines set by the organization 
  • Support project and engineering teams, on new projects. Increase revenue by promoting product innovation and positioning portfolio strategies.
  • Guide and support customer service to resolve customer-related issues as required. 
  • Support Portfolio Managers to help in prioritizing growth plans.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the account management and customer support teams.
  • Promote and establish relationships channels between Heraeus Medevio management and customer top representatives.
  • Document, update, and maintain account sales pipeline on Salesforce CRM and other systems
  • May perform other duties as assigned by Manager or the Company.

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; MBA helpful.
  • A minimum of 10 years relevant experience required including experience in global strategic account management or direct experience selling.  Experience in the medical device industry required.
  • Experience working with large medical device OEM or as a supplier to such corporation helpful
  • Strong understanding of medical device design, development, and clinical application a plus
  • Prefer experience and knowledge relevant to Medevio product lines. 
  • Must be highly motivated and able to develop relationships at all levels within target accounts. 
  • Excellent leadership and verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proven ability to map out a customer, its organization, products, and future development roadmap.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiating and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must have executive level contacts and management within Tier 1 medical device OEMs
  • Must have experience managing strategic accounts with revenue responsibility in excess of $50 million.
  • Demonstrated record of minimum 3 year-over-year revenue growth within a strategic account
  • Must be willing and able to travel and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote Heraeus up to 50%
