The primary responsibility of this position is to develop, set-up and implement new or complementary (pyrometallurgical) processes in close co-ordination with local production management, local plant management as well as international innovation management.

 

Your roles and responsibilities:

 

  • Apply a hands-on mentality in order to work with a minimum of supervision
  • Analyze and improve existing (pyrometallurgical) processes in accordance to production management
  • Self-reliantly manage multiple internal and external project partners involved in the improvement or set up of processes
  • Independently report progress and findings on a regular basis to local as well as international management
  • Ability and willingness to travel and implement findings in international Heraeus locations
