The primary responsibility of this position is to support the Purchasing function.  Plan and coordinate inventory levels of stocking area.


Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that HPMN’s supply chain needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers as price, quality of goods/services, deadlines, expectations etc.
  • Identifies potential suppliers and support the vendor qualification process
  • Utilizes SAP to identify requirement, place purchase orders by converting purchase requisitions from all departments and follow up on delivery
  • Negotiate and manage contract renewals including bids, request for quotation and all aspects of the terms of a contract
  • Interprets and implements purchasing policies and procedures
  • Liaise and work closely with project team to understand details of the projects and define procurement requirements. Maintains spreadsheet for all ongoing projects.


What is required for this role:

  • 2-3 years' of general office practices
  • SAP expereience is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior stockroom and shiiping & receiving experience
  • Well organized and self-directed team player
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity, professionalism and leadership ability
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with internation colleagues and/or customers
