Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate precious metals (PM) subcontracting activities from disposition of the material to PM return for Americas utilizing SAP. In addition, the incumbent will review and manage the customer and subcontracting questionnaires for Americas.
  • Responsible for disposition of material to most compensated subcontracting partners
  • Responsible for grouping material into most advantages weight and value size for shipping. Creates Warehouse picking list and completes shipment questionnaire
  • Works on digitalization and process improvement projects related to Subcontracting
  • Manage the customer questionnaire process. Assist and/or oversee subcontracting questionnaires
  • Requesting samples from customer and Heraeus owned materials
  • Assist in aiding customers with material profiling High grade / Low grade
  • Requesting tests on material including but not limited to XRF (x-ray), moisture analysis to determine elemental content and interpretation


What is required for this role:


  • Graduate with Technical and/or Business degree with at least two years of operations, sampling, and analytical lab experience.
  • Good understanding of Precious Metals Recycling business and SAP ERP system know-how.
