The following challenges await you:

Mainly responsible for the US sales entity of Heraeus Medical
Managing the consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting.
Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process.
Create the Month-End and Year-End closing according to IFRS in collaboration with the Shared Service Center.
Work with and provide data to support Shared Service Center activities for financial, tax and payroll reporting.
Supporting the budget and forecasting process.
Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes.
Drive cost efficiency measures.
Evaluating and implementing accounting and internal control systems.
Developing and monitoring business performance metrics, evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
Provide necessary data for internal and external auditors and ensure Heraeus Medical USA meets all compliance requirements.

Your profile:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Professional experience in Finance or Accounting ideally in a Sales environment.
Experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP). Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Excellent English skills in speaking and writing
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, ad-hoc analysis, cost accounting, working capital and other related areas.
Experience creating and maintaining financial models.
Exhibit a high level of motivation and initiative with the ability to meet deadlines.
