The following challenges await you:

  • Mainly responsible for the US sales entity of Heraeus Medical
  • Managing the consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting.
  • Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process.
  • Create the Month-End and Year-End closing according to IFRS in collaboration with the Shared Service Center.
  • Work with and provide data to support Shared Service Center activities for financial, tax and payroll reporting.
  • Supporting the budget and forecasting process.
  • Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes.
  • Drive cost efficiency measures.
  • Evaluating and implementing accounting and internal control systems.
  • Developing and monitoring business performance metrics, evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Provide necessary data for internal and external auditors and ensure Heraeus Medical USA meets all compliance requirements.

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Professional experience in Finance or Accounting ideally in a Sales environment.
  • Experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP). Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent English skills in speaking and writing
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, ad-hoc analysis, cost accounting, working capital and other related areas.
  • Experience creating and maintaining financial models.
  • Exhibit a high level of motivation and initiative with the ability to meet deadlines.
