The following challenges await you:
•  Responsible for Controlling activities, inclusive of preparation of annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, IC billing process, managing the accounting of various charges, working with Cost Center Managers to review variances, and prepare management reports as necessary.
•  Drive and support cost efficiencies, strategy development, Heraeus Medical initiatives and projects as assigned.
•  Budgeting and Forecasting for Heraeus Medical.
•  Responsibility for the monthly and annual accounts of Heraeus Medical LLC, and
providing necessary data for internal and external auditors.

•  Financial reporting, commenting & presentation of financial data.
•  Creation of ad-hoc analysis and provide suggestions for improvement.
•  Monitoring of business plans.
•  Contribute by identifying continuous improvement topics, initiating projects, and sharing knowledge.
 

Your Profile:
•  Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and 5 years of experience in a sales or R&D environment.
•  Experience with budgeting, forecasting, analysis, R&D, capital investments, cost accounting, working capital, cash management and other related areas. 
•  Self-starter, independent sales management skills.
•  Experience creating and maintaining financial models.

•  Working knowledge of SAP (or equivalent ERP). Demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, and leadership ability; exhibit a high level of motivation and initiative with the ability to meet deadlines. 

•  The ability to travel up to 10%.

•  The equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
