Job summary: This highly interactive and engaged role is responsible for the oversight, implementation, and coordination of sales support facing processes and resources. this includes tracking, reporting, process flow, and efficiencies in support of Heraeus Medical US. 

 

The following challenges await you:
•  Oversight for Rep Credentialing services, including setup, removal, renewals, training, reporting.  Become the point person for queries, documentation, coordination between partners, rep onboarding.
•  Manage the flow and tracking of new hire equipment: computers, peripherals, corporate credit cards.  Ensuring proper ordering, tracking and returning of equipment as necessary
•  Develop an effective communication feedback plan to create awareness and understanding of areas in need of operational efficiency.  Lead VOC efforts, conduct cost-benefit analysis, create an outline to capture scope, scale, project plans, and action register.  Support execution on required projects. 

•  Build positive relationships and partner effectively with: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, HR, Shared Services, etc.  Trust, credibility, integrity, and delivering results are essential.
•  Manage, update, and disseminate information/reporting relevant for the sales and internal teams. Maintain Outlook mail lists for accuracy and timeliness of updates – manage both internal and sales agent lists and updates.
•  Set up and establish new hire information in SAP, ensuring accounts are aligned, zip code file is updated, and communicate across the appropriate business partners.
•  Ensure submitted field sales offers/contracts are complete, update information across the system, and communicate with respective business partners.  Maintain contract records, updates, account alignments, sales territory creation. 

•  Business lead for contract/vendor management system.  Ensure information is accurate, complete, and maintained in the global system

 

Your Profile
•  Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of relavant experience preferred.
•  3-5 years of demonstrated success and results in the area of Commercial Support .
•  2-3 years of Medical Device/Bio-Tech/Healthcare experience a plus

•  Direct sales training and experience in medical device industry preferred.
•  Demonstrated positional/professional growth with greater degrees of awareness and responsibility

•  The equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
