The tax manager directs and coordinates the following four services: tax compliance, tax advisory, M&A and restructuring service and tax training for U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico and other defined jurisdictions within the Americas.   This position is part of a global tax team supporting 13 global business units.  In this role, you will be the central contact for all tax related matters.  You will work closely with business leaders within the region  on the following topics: 

  • oversee the accuracy of tax related matters for the Group including state, federal, sales and use, and business occupancy.
  • manage the  sales and use tax tool
  • Prepare local entities transfer pricing reports 
  • Advises business and share services team with the effects of business activities of taxes and strategies for minimizing tax liability.
  • Represents the business with tax audits.  
  • Organizing, managing and reviewing of the  annual corporate income tax (CIT) returns, coordinate quarterly CIT payments and all other tax related payments and returns
  • Assess the qualification for tax incentives
  • Coordinate to conduct tax due diligence review 
  • Advise on efficient acquisition structure in alignment 
  • Manage support of external tax advisors

  • Four-Year College Degree in Business/Finance with major in accounting or finance, a Master’s degree in Tax is a plus.
  • Minimum of five years of experience preparing all types of tax returns.
  • Minimum of two years reviewing all types of tax returns and compiled financial statements.
  • Thrive on diversity of responsibilities.
  • Must be able to work effectively with diverse stakeholder group at various levels in the organization.
