The following challenges await you:
Job Summary - The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the creation and execution of digital and social strategies for Heraeus Medical USA.
•    Lead the execution of digital advertising (Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Website Share of Voice) by creating advertisements which promote Heraeus Medical’s marketing strategy and messaging
•    Managing the approval for advertisements by appropriate internal stakeholders, purchasing and monitoring expenses for advertisements, and specifying the targeting criteria for the advertisements.
•    Lead the execution of social media posting
•    Create an editorial calendar of content that includes details related to the post date, target, message, channel, text content and accompanying imagery
•    Lead the execution of email campaigns by overseeing the mail campaign vendor relationship
•    Tracking and reporting campaign analytics
•    Ensure consistency of social media posts with brand, regulatory and other internal standards
•    Stay current with digital strategies and technologies which may improve the return on investment for Heraeus Medical’s digital and social spending.
•    Collect data analytics on digital and social campaigns and present a quarterly reports
Your Profile:
•    Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience marketing in the medical industry preferred
•    Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to learn medical device product platform
•    Self-starter, independent management skills 
•    Knowledge of: Adobe Design Studio or other similar graphic design platforms, Hubspot or similar content portal, Google Adwords and other similar Search Engine Marketing tools, Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software
•    15% travel expected to attend tradeshows, events and trainings
