Job Summary - The primary responsibility of this position is to lead trainings on the Heraeus Medical portfolio of products and services to internal (Heraeus Medical US employees) and external (hospitals, health systems, surgeons) stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities: 
•  Recruit, train, and manage a team to provide field product inquiries from the field, provide in-services, and strategically support the US sales team as a clinical expert.
•  Train, coach and develop sales reps, sales specialists and sales agents on products and provide direct support for hospital in-services and conversions; take lead on all field sales on-boarding activities.
•  Study and keep informed on new products, technologies, clinical studies, competitive activity, and other general information of interest to company or to customers. Develop strategies and tactics to use this information to the company’s advantage.•  Educate medical staff on the use and benefits of Heraeus Medical products
•  Create, organize and lead a consistent series of web trainings geared towards product expertise, competitive strategies and sales best practices; formalize sales training/education handbook.
•  Develop relationships with key hospital decision makers (surgeon, OR staff) to advance the sale of Heraeus products.•  Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience
•  Adherence to Code of Conduct as applicable to job function.
What is required for this role:
•  Bachelor's Degree (Business or Biology preferred) and a minimum 5 years of experience in the medical industry required.
•  Strong sales background with demonstrated performance record; ability to learn medical device product platform.
•  Self-starter, independent sales management skills.
•  Direct sales training and experience in medical device industry preferred.
•  Travel up to 50%
