REQUIREMENTS

Engineering bachelor's degree.
Excellent bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and writing communication skills. Level B2
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Knowledge in Statistical techniques
0-3 years in similar positions
1+ Expertise medical companies (desirable)
Experience in continuous improvement projects, problem solving, Kaizen Events and Gemba Walks. (desirable)
Project management experience. ((desirable)
