Engage in our dynamic production operations in Chandler, Arizona as a Project Manager responsible for orchestrating and executing complex projects in line with stringent schedules. Your role involves collaborative planning and strategizing with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones within budget.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of production-related projects throughout the site.
  • Develop, manage, and enforce comprehensive project schedules, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate both project success and overall site performance.
  • Collaborate with site managers and department leaders to align project outcomes with strategic organizational goals.
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of project risks and opportunities, devising contingency and proactive plans as needed.
  • Provide regular project status reports to senior management, along with recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, delivering informative and timely project updates, ensuring a transparent communication flow, and addressing any inquiries or concerns to maintain strong client relationships and project alignment.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, instilling a culture of continuous improvement within the team and broader organization.
  • Work in concert with cross-functional teams to align resources and coordinate collective efforts towards project objectives.

What is Required for the Role:

  • Possess at least 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a preference for significant project engineering background.
  • Demonstrated proficiency as a PMO or Project Manager in a production or manufacturing setting.
  • Solid analytical and decision-making skills, capable of developing and overseeing the application of KPIs.
  • Exceptional organizational leadership, with an emphasis on guiding multifaceted project teams.
  • Proficiency with a range of project management tools and software.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas and fostering stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems swiftly and with lasting outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is favored.
  • Experience in implementing lean manufacturing methodologies and performance improvement programs.
  • Advanced degree in Management or a relevant discipline.
