The following challenges await you:

  • Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new product and market opportunities, defining “where to play” and shaping the portfolio strategy.
  • Conduct primary and secondary market research, including clinical trend analysis and engagement with KOLs, Advisory Boards, and regional teams, to define customer needs and product requirements.
  • Assess market opportunities through segmentation, access, margin, and strategic alignment. Develop market models and build compelling business cases for portfolio investments.
  • Product Lifecycle Management - Play a key role in directing product life cycle management, End of Life, and next generation planning.
  • Contribute to annual marketing plans/strategies including market analysis, customer segmentation and targeting, product positioning, competitive assessments, and SWOT situation assessment.
  • Partner with Marketing, R&D, clinical, regulatory, and operations to support portfolio strategy and product development initiatives.
  • Provide on-going field support and will focus on growing the market awareness for Bioactive Glass Matrices
  • Collaborate with clinical and health economics teams to build evidence-based value propositions that resonate with providers and payers.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of US competitor products and strategies, market trends and dynamics, market/franchise critical success factors, and customer needs.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Owns customer input, market data and development of the strategic direction of product road map.

Your Profile:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Science, Business or an equivalent.
  • Prefer 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry.
  • Clinical expertise in medical device product line (wound care preferred) or demonstrated ability to quickly develop expertise.
  • Proven success in operations, marketing, and product management roles.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating as an integral cross-functional team member, gaining influence without direct reports.
  • Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies
