Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as required):

  • Serves as an inside customer relationship partner for assigned accounts, exercising independent judgment to manage customer needs, business requirements, and service expectations while supporting company objectives. 

  • Independently evaluates customer requirements and business conditions to develop solutions and recommend appropriate services. 

  • Acts as a key liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate successful execution of complex transactions. 

  • Manages the complete customer order lifecycle and analyzes contract, pricing, and operational requirements. 

  • Exercises discretion in coordinating and prioritizing customer activities to balance customer expectations with business objectives. 

  • Provides consultative support regarding pricing, contracts, refining processes, and customer-specific business needs. 

  • Partners with Sales and Commercial teams to support customer retention and business growth initiatives. 

  • Participates in customer meetings with outside sales team, when necessary. Meetings may be in person or virtual.

  • Investigates customer concerns and develops appropriate corrective actions and communication strategies. 

  • Identifies process improvement opportunities and leads or participates in special projects. 

  • Works with the commercial department and other teams to consistently meet sales and corporate goals 

  • Builds and maintains a collaborative working relationship with all other teams/departments within HPMN.

  • Works on special projects as requested by management

  • Handles confidential information with care

  • Adheres to Ethical Code of Conduct as applicable to the job function

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound business decisions.

  • Strong emotional intelligence

  • Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. 

  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking capabilities. 

    Excellent presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Flexible to work long or off hours when required

    Some travel may be required
