The primary responsibility of this position is overall responsibility and accountability for preparing financial data and analysis for internal and external users while independently liaising with business partners to help drive the business and make sound financial decisions.

What You Get To Do Everyday

  • Analyze and develop actionable insights related to financial statements and reports, with the goal of understanding business performance and drivers.
  • Perform global consolidation of period-end financial reports and forecasts.
  • Prepare and track global key performance indicators for the executive leadership team.
  • Perform monthly global headcount analysis, forecast and reporting to guide business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare SG&A cost center forecasts and analyses covering variances between actual results and budgeted figures, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Build relationships across teams globally to drive consistency in reporting, forecasting and analytics.
  • Drive continuous improvement and enhancements to reporting and processes based on business needs.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of the monthly forecasting process, annual budget and long-range planning.
  • Lead and assist various ad-hoc projects and analysis.
  • Exhibit a proactive, open and hands-on attitude coupled with excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen.
  • Show strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to apply different analytical approaches to business needs.

What We're Looking For

  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in increasingly complex financial reporting or financial analysis roles. 
  • Demonstrated experience in working with internal stakeholders to develop, understand and deliver, internal and external reporting timely and accurately.
  • MS-Excel, ERP system knowledge (preferably SAP), databases and MS-PowerPoint, know-how in BI tools is a plus (Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills. Exhibit high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to present data and effectively communicate to all levels of the organization, including executive level leaderhship.

Medevio is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages. The expected base salary hiring range for this position is between $95,000 to $110,000 annually, based upon a full-time schedule. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity. This position is bonus eligible, with a target bonus of 10% of base salary depending upon company and individual performance. Our total compensation package also includes eligibility for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, education reimbursement, paid parental leave and paid time off.
