We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support our growing White Bear Lake Operations organization.  This position will be responsible for supporting and managing recruitment and selection of operations staff, employee relations, operations leadership development and training, performance management, driving engagement activities, administration of the annual review process, driving policy and process adherence, and supporting merit and bonus programs.  This position will also be responsible for providing ad hoc support for the Fridley, Minnesota CoHub site, while reporting to the Head of Human Resources (US). 

The position will be 100% on-site at our White Bear Lake, Minnesota facility.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Administering and executing human resource programs for the Operations organization including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; succession and talent development, recognition, engagement, and training.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open non-exempt positions (internal and external); collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Handling employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
  • Attending and participating in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Driving development and training for the Operations leadership team.
  • Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommending best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Supporting development, creation, and communication of Medevio policies and procedures within the Operations team.
  • Facilitating and administering new employee orientation for Operations organization and employee recognition programs.
  • Supporting internal audit of HR related data.
  • Supporting Human Resources Business Partners on miscellaneous projects as assigned.
  • Managing contract-temporary agency relationships.
  • Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and recent technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Handling confidential information with care and ensuring compliance with HIPAA.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

What Is Required For This Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment 

Medevio is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages. The expected base salary hiring range for this position is between $87,000.00 and $98,000.00, based upon a full-time schedule. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity. This position is bonus eligible, with a target bonus of 10% of base salary depending upon company and individual performance. Our total compensation package also includes eligibility for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, education reimbursement, paid parental leave and paid time off.
