The following challenges await you:

Upstream Product Strategy

  • Define and own the multi-year product portfolio strategy, grounded in wound care market trends, reimbursement dynamics, and unmet clinical needs

  • Lead voice-of-customer research with clinicians, surgeons, and wound care specialists to surface insights that shape product development and pipeline priorities

  • Monitor the competitive landscape across CTPs, skin substitutes, biologics, and regenerative wound care, including competitors such as MiMedx, Organogenesis, Smith & Nephew, Keracis, Polynovo, and others and translate findings into differentiated positioning

  • Partner with clinical, regulatory, and R&D teams to support product development decisions, indication expansion, and new product introductions

  • Develop product positioning, clinical value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate across sites of care (HOPD, OR, VA, outpatient)

  • Support business development efforts including product evaluations, licensing assessments, and portfolio gap analysis

Downstream Commercial Execution

  • Build and execute integrated go-to-market strategies that translate upstream insights into field-ready launch plans

  • Contribute content to a full suite of sales enablement materials including clinical selling guides, competitive battle cards, reimbursement guides, case studies, and objection-handling tools. 

  • Lead new product launch planning and execution in collaboration with sales, clinical, and operations teams

  • Align product messaging with site-of-care economics and payer/reimbursement environments

Sales Training & Field Enablement

  • Design and lead the sales training curriculum for new hire onboarding and ongoing product education, covering clinical science, product differentiation, competitive positioning, and reimbursement

  • Partner closely with the sales leadership team to identify field knowledge gaps and develop targeted training interventions

  • Travel with field teams to provide in-the-field coaching, observe customer interactions, and refine messaging based on real-world feedback

  • Support national sales meetings and regional training events as a subject matter expert and facilitator

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a key member of the commercial leadership team, contributing to revenue planning, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making

  • Build and lead a high-performing product team, including product managers, develop talent and create clear career pathways

  • Partner with clinical and medical affairs to incorporate evidence, outcomes data, and health economics into commercial messaging

  • Establish clear KPIs for product effectiveness and sales training impact, report progress to executive leadership

General

  • Adhere to all federal, state and local laws. 

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

  • Use only approved corporate literature, scientific data and presentations when interacting with customers and potential customers.

  • Immediately forward customer feedback that may indicate a problem with any ETS product to 

Quality

  • Perform activities according to applicable company QMS procedures

  • Adherence to Code of Conduct as applicable to job function:  CoC Guideline No. 1:  Guideline for the Procurement of Products and Services, No. 2:  Guideline for the Prevention of Bribery in Commercial Transactions, No. 4:  Guideline for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Participation in Criminal Acts.

  • Responsibility to ensure that direct reports and overall employee population are also aware and adhere to ETS Marketing Code of Conduct and the Heraeus Code of Conduct Guidelines.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 Your Profile: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field

  • MBA or advanced clinical degree (RN, PA, NP, or equivalent)

  • 10+ years of progressive product or product strategy experience in medical devices, wound care, regenerative medicine, or life sciences

  • Minimum 5 years in advanced wound care, CTPs, skin substitutes, biologics, or surgical tissue products, with direct competitor knowledge across the CTP landscape

  • Demonstrated success building and executing upstream and downstream product programs that drive commercial results

  • Proven track record designing and delivering sales training programs that improve field performance

  • Deep understanding of wound care sites of care (HOPD, OR, VA, outpatient), reimbursement dynamics, and clinical workflows

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable with executive audiences and field-level teams alike

  • Experience at a company that competes in the amniotic, placental, fish skin, or synthetic CTP/skin substitute market

  • Familiarity with GPO/IDN contracting strategy and formulary access dynamics

  • Prior experience in a high-growth, lean commercial organization where both strategic and executional agility were required

  • Experience leading or contributing to product launches in the HOPD or VA site-of-care environment
