The primary responsibility of this position is to balance production orders and ready them for back-distribution also as operator the primary responsibility is to operate chemical processes and equipment correctly, while meeting production goals and expectations on a consistent basis, while maintaining compliance of Environmental, Health & Safety Standards.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate production orders and raw materials / MRP-Planning
  • Processing of request for quotation and coordination of delivery dates
  • Assist the production supervisor and production engineer with asset scheduling and SAP tracking of production batches
  • Release production orders. Ensuring a smooth production process, including coordination of the right items in the right amount at the right time, in the right place
  • Prepare capacity overviews and coordinate the right production capacity
  • Secure the on-time delivery of production
  • Monitor delivery times and stock levels while ensures the quality of finished products prior to shipment to customer
  • Maintain all relevant production master data like BOM´s and Routing´s.
  • Must follow SOP’s/POP’s and all other procedures in every detail, including safety policies. 
  • Perform material tracking as related to specific processes.  
  • Responsible for a clean and tidy environment.  

What is required for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Accounting, Chemistry, Or equivalent experience (min 5 years) in production planning or material administration.
  • Understands the process flow in Chemical Products department
  • Experience with SAP or similar MRP software in the modules Master data (MM) and Production planning (PP)
  • Secure handling of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Good command of English spoken and written
