The following challenges await you:

  • You will create, update, and manage comprehensive documentation for medical devices, processes and components ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • You are able to translate documents from English to German and vice versa.
  • You are maintaining the data in our quality and ERP System (SAP).
  •  You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure that documents reflect current project status and requirements.
  • You will support the knowledge transfer among team members.

Your profile:

  • You have completed a professional training as an office clerk, foreign language correspondent or a technical apprenticeship.
  • You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German, with the ability to create clear and concise technical documents.
  • You demonstrate proficiency in office software applications and the ability to quickly learn new software as needed.
  • You exhibit solid organizational and time-management skills, allowing you to manage multiple documentation projects efficiently.
  • You enjoy working in cross-functional and communicate effectively in international teams.
  • You possess strong attention to detail and accuracy and are able to apply this in complex documentation processes.
