The following challenges awaits you:

Sales Partnership

  • Partner with sales leaders and travel with sales representatives to support sales around Mirragen/MirraSurg bioactive glass products.
  • Provide timely follow up to the sales team by answering product questions via e-mail and phone.
  • Work with National Accounts to analyze and bid on GPO and/or Integrated Delivery Network contracts for assigned product categories.
  • Work with the Sales trainer to create and deliver excellent training materials for sales representatives, distributors, and customers.

Market and Competitive Analysis

  • Work with marketing to develop and implement an encompassing and inclusive road map for promotional plans, customer journeys, collateral creation, and brand management.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the wound care product landscape.
  • Prepare forecasts, analyze trends, and identify competitive strategies.

Regulatory, Logistics and Quality Management

  • Monitor and influence product pricing strategies to optimize revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with regulatory affairs to navigate approvals and certifications for new/existing products.
  • Collaborate with R&D and logistics to define product specifications and features.
  • Visit vendors to help develop new products and optimize existing products

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Your Profile:

  • BS/BA in related discipline
  • 3-7 years extensive experience in skin substitutes and wound care product management.
  • 3-7 years of portfolio management that included annual business planning development.
  • Prefer 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry.
  • Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies
