The following challenges await you:
- In your role as Global Process Automation Expert (m/f/d) you will drive the further development of the Intelligent Automation & AI strategy in the Finance department and actively shape the company’s digital transformation.
- You identify and evaluate automation and optimization potential across end-to-end processes and act as a sparring partner for business units.
- Furthermore, You design and implement scalable solutions in the areas of RPA, AI, and workflow automation – from initial concept through to production deployment.
- You take responsibility for the entire lifecycle of automation solutions (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment).
- Quality, stability and continuous improvements of ongoing operations are crucial for your role.
- You contribute to the development of a future-ready automation platform (including AI & agentic capabilities) and drive its adoption within our Finance organization.
- Last but not least you actively shape the transition from isolated automations to integrated and intelligent processes.
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in automation, RPA, or digital transformation combined with strong expertise in at least one of the following areas: RPA, MS Power Platform, AI/Analytics, Process Mining,
- You have experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes, ideally in a finance environment
- You understand modern technologies such as AI, low-code/no-code, and agentic automation
- Your strong communication skills, combined with your ability to bridge business needs and IT, as well as your structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style, enable you to meet these roles expectations
- Your very good German and English skills complete your profile
