JOB PURPOSE

Develop and manage training programs that enhance workforce skills, ensure compliance with organizational and quality standards, and support operational excellence. This role is integral to maintaining accurate training records, improving training processes, and ensuring audit readiness. By leveraging technical expertise, data analysis, and Lean methodologies. The Training Engineer drives continuous improvement initiatives and fosters a culture of learning and development across the organization.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Create and maintain training processes and software: Design and implement structured processes for training plan setup, tracking training records on zero and no overdue, and monitoring training completion to ensure alignment with organizational and compliance requirements.
  2. Oversee training documentation and file maintenance: Manage and maintain accurate and audit-ready training documentation, including site master training plans, to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  3. Coordinate and execute Continuous improvements and Quality training events: Plan, organize, and facilitate high-quality training programs and events that meet organizational objectives and enhance employee skills and compliance.
  4. Develop and deploy competency-based training programs: Create tailored training programs that address specific skill gaps and ensure employees develop the competencies needed to excel in their roles.
  5. Evaluate training effectiveness: Assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs through feedback, data analysis, and performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
  6. Support QA document management and control processes: Assist in managing quality assurance documentation systems, ensuring proper control, maintenance, and adherence to regulatory and quality standards
  7. Lead and participate in employee training on document management: Deliver targeted training sessions to equip employees with the knowledge and skills to manage and control quality system documentation effectively.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Minimum

•              Engineering bachelor’s degree or Education bachelor’s degree.

•              At least 1 year of experience in similar positions.

•              Intermediate English (verbal and writing communication skills).

•              Critical Thinking/Analytical Skills.

•              Knowledge in Lean Methodologies.

•              Knowledge Data Analysis and Reporting.

•              Ability to lead training sessions and facilitate group learning.

•              Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with technicians, engineers, and managers.

•              Capability to utilize technology for training.

Preferred

•              LMS (Learning Management System) experience.
