The following challenges await you:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, translating their requirements into customized Prexonics® solutions
  • Present project outcomes, performance metrics, and technical updates directly to customer teams, leveraging input from the HPE start-up team
  • Facilitate technical discussions, joint testing activities, and collaboration between internal experts and the customer’s technical staff
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of project milestones—both technical and commercial—ensuring on-time delivery
  • Monitor project progress, maintain alignment across functions, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Gather customer feedback, including insights into their R&D roadmap, and observe market trends to inform internal R&D, product development, and strategic planning
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, process development, quality assurance, and commercial teams to continuously adapt and optimize solutions based on customer input

Your profile:

  • Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Business with strong technical acumen
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles within high-tech or electronics industries—preferably with knowledge of printed electronics or metallization processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—capable of presenting complex technical results clearly and effectively
  • Strong organizational capability and experience managing projects in agile or startup-like environments
  • Strategic, customer-focused mindset with high ownership
  • Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
