We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m/f/d) with deep expertise in Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation modules. You will play a key role in configuring and optimizing our HR systems, and building intelligent business rules. Your work will directly support our digital HR transformation journey.  

The following challenges await you: 

  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a primary focus on Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation.
  • Design and build Business Rules to automate and streamline HR processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure system configurations align with business needs, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Support testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases of SuccessFactors projects.
  • Document system configurations, business rules, and integration specifications.
  • Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors innovations and recommend continuous improvements. 



Your profile: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on configuration expertise
  • Strong knowledge of Business Rule creation and API integration
  • Deep understanding of Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable
  • Experience with Employee Central Payroll is a plus
  • Familiarity with People Analytics, Learning, Recruiting, and Succession modules is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
