The following challenges await you:

  • Develop ceramic components and ceramic coatings for use in the semiconductor industry.
  • Contribute your expertise to the advancement of innovative ceramic materials. Experience in the field of plasma physics is a plus.
  • Identify complex and technically relevant problems, determine their root causes, and develop and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Protect technologies, processes, materials, and products through targeted patent filings.
  • Work closely with the Product Management, Sales, and Operations departments to ensure the critical aspects of innovation projects are addressed.
  • Actively participate in an international team at our locations in Germany and the USA, collaborating on innovative solutions.

Your Profile:

  • A completed Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or Physics. A PhD in ceramic materials is desirable.
  • Professional experience in research or product development.
  • Experience in semiconductor front-end processes such as plasma etching, CVD, and epitaxy.
  • Strong organizational skills and methodological competence.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Independent work methodology, teamwork, customer orientation, and reliability.
