Was Dich erwartet:
Du beginnst Deine Tätigkeit bei Heraeus mit einer Einführungsphase. Dabei lernst du die gängigen Prozesse und Strukturen von Heraeus kennen. Dein 3-jähriges Studium startet zum 1. Oktober 2025. Es findet in Blockform und teils in englischer Sprache an der Dualen Hochschule in Karlsruhe statt. In den Praxisphasen lernst Du die wichtigsten betrieblichen Abläufe Deiner Geschäftseinheit kennen und arbeitest an Projekten mit.
Das lernst Du bei Deinem dualen Studium bei Heraeus:
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Organisation, Steuerung, Bereitstellung und Optimierung rund um den Herstellungsprozess und der gesamten Lieferkette mit.
- Dabei stehst Du in direktem Kontakt mit Kunden und Lieferanten weltweit.
- Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich Projektberichte, Präsentationen und Statistiken und hilfst uns Prozesse voranzutreiben.
- Außerdem setzt Du Dich mit digitalen Geschäftsprozessen im Unternehmen auseinander und unterstützt bei der Einführung und Nutzung digitaler Lösungen.
- Bei regelmäßigen Treffen mit Auszubildenden und dualen Studenten aus Deiner Berufsgruppe tauscht ihr euch über aktuelle Themen aus und nehmt gemeinsam an Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen teil.

Was Du mitbringen solltest:
- Mindestens eine gute Hochschulreife
- Mathematisches Verständnis sowie gute Noten in Deutsch

- Zielstrebigkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
