The following challenges await you:
- You lead and mentor a diverse team, foster a collaborative environment that enhances both team performance and individual professional development.
- You are responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive international growth for the Base Materials business line.
- You understand the competitive landscape and customer needs, identifying opportunities and market trends to form your sales strategy.
- You communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders across management levels in an international environment, including the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
- You oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating effectively with both technical and commercial cross-functional teams.
- You are a member of the leadership team of the Base Materials business line, representing the sales function.
- You build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives through clear and consistent communication.
Your Profile:
- You have demonstrated strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams, ideally within a multinational sales environment
- You have a solid track record in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets in an international context
- You bring a proactive, "can-do" mindset and strong conflict resolution skills, enabling you to navigate complex situations diplomatically and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- You have a proven ability to position products effectively against competitors, along with excellent negotiation and presentation skills across all organizational levels and with customers
- You hold a master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience in the industry
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage, though not a requirement
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to change and manage transitions effectively
- You are willing and able to travel internationally up to 30% of the time to engage with stakeholders and participate in industry events
- You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication in a global environment
