The following challenges await you:

  • You will lead and manage technical innovation projects end-to-end, ensuring structured execution and data-driven decision-making in line with established project management standards.
  • In close collaboration with cross-functional and international teams, you will ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • You will develop and optimize project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure transparency and efficient resource allocation.
  • As part of the Innovation PMO, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, governance, and best practices.
  • You will drive initiatives in Open Innovation, Knowledge Management, and Data & Digital Transformation, embedding them into daily project work.
  • Additionally, you will support the implementation of advanced project and knowledge management tools (including AI-based solutions) and provide technical guidance based on your scientific expertise.

Your Profile:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in a scientific field; specialization in glass or ceramics preferred
  • Proven experience in technical project management with a structured, analytical, and data-driven approach
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience or interest in PMO structures, process optimization, and digital/data-driven transformation (incl. AI)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (English & German), with a proactive, team-oriented mindset and passion for innovation
