The following challenges await you:

  • Pillar 1: EAM Sales Support

    • Assist the RSD and EAMs in planning, coordinating, and executing sales activities.

    • Provide trained, approved hands-on support to EAMs (dressing changes, product applications, in-services, evaluation/trial support), progressing from observation to independent execution.

    • Serve as a customer point of contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

    • Coordinate follow-up communications to support customer satisfaction and sales initiatives.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare decision-makers and influencers.

    • Facilitate order entry, tracking, and issue resolution to ensure timely delivery.

    • Help organize and execute events such as product demos, trade shows, and trainings.

    • Prepare event materials and equipment using approved literature, data, and claims.

    • Manage scheduling, travel, and event logistics for sales activities.

    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentation materials for the EAM.

    • Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activity, customer interactions, and accounts.

    • Apply best practices for account targeting and reimbursement support.

    • Maintain strong working knowledge of ETS's skin substitute products and services.

    Pillar 2: Cold Outreach & Pipeline Development

    • Conduct disciplined cold outreach into designated accounts to build a personal pipeline, documented in CRM.

    • Support EAMs with market research and competitor analysis.

    • Gather and share customer feedback with sales and product development teams.

    • Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and wound care advancements.

    • Share market and opportunity insights with the ETS team.

    Pillar 3: National Coverage & Sales Support

    • Serve as a flexible national resource for territory/vacancy coverage, evaluations, launches, or strategic assignments, as coordinated by the National Sales Development Manager.

Your Profile:  

  • BS/BA in business, healthcare, or a related field or equivalent experience required.

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in the healthcare or medical device industry.

  • Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable but not required. 

  • Demonstrated drive, coachability, learning agility, professionalism, and comfort in a field-based environment. Familiarity with supporting field sales teams, including scheduling and organizing events, is an advantage.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for creating reports, presentations, and managing schedules.

  • Comfort with virtual communication tools (Microsoft Teams) for meetings and presentations.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional travel to support events or meetings.

  • Flexibility to accommodate travel or work outside standard business hours when required.

  • Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies preferred but not required.
