The Production Master Scheduler is responsible for helping develop, and maintain, master production, quality, and shipping schedules that are driven through current business system.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Help develop, and maintain, master production, quality, and shipping schedules that are driven through current business system.
  • Primary planner for all major new product introductions from development through validation and launch.  
  • Ensure new products are set up correctly in SAP via thorough review of BOM and Routings, work with Engineers and ESS to make corrections as needed.
  • Ensure new product development jobs are scheduled, to achieve target dates, without compromising customer deliveries.  
  • Participate in physical inventory as directed by the Supply Chain leadership.  
  • Confirm the ability to produce/deliver product by customers’ requests for entire site.  
  • Confirm the ability to meet customer change requests for entire site.
  • Release, print, and distribute production work orders to support the agreed upon production build plan.  
  • Monitor and suggest adjustments in production schedule for all areas.  
  • Review and confirm quotations following the established procedure(s).  
  • Review and close (TECO) production orders upon completion.
  • Lead the S&OP (Sales and Operations) process at the White Bear facility and train others on the process. 

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer.
  • The seven years of experience must include experience in logistics or materials planning and scheduling in a manufacturing or purchasing environment. Inventory management, ERP/MRP and KanBan systems; MRP handling multiple products and levels including FG, components, subassemblies, OSS, SOP, Capacity Analysis, Production Plans (short and long-term plans), recovery strategies and NPI and multi-site transfer strategies, Inventory and revenue projections, Annual Budget creation experience; SAP Magellan ERP and GIB Module add-on for planning.

Medevio is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages. The expected hiring range for this position is between $93,889 to $121,508, based upon a full-time schedule. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity. This position is bonus eligible, with a target of 10% of base salary depending on company and individual targets. Our total compensation package includes eligibility for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, education reimbursement, paid parental leave and paid time off.
